The 2013
Summer Program of The Marco Polo-Zheng He Academy on International Oceans Law
and Policy, the eighth of this Program which was initiated 2005, is now
available for application. The 2013 Summer Program will include two sessions:
the Xiamen Session sponsored by the South China Sea Institute of Xiamen
University; the Shanghai Session sponsored by the Center for Oceans Law and
Policy of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
